Proceed through the tunnel avoiding anything that makes sound: the creaky bridge, puddles, the cracked floors, stepping under the glass light, the mouse, the door. If you do trigger anything, you can retry if you pass the QTE.
At the end, use the Chainsaw while standing on the cracked floor to summon the doll and break the floor. Take the Hand Lever.Return to B1F Hall and put the Hand Lever on the switch. Use it to open the door. Keep going forward.
In the Gimmick Room, make the two sides match by:1) Using the chainsaw to put a crack in the rightmost pillar.2) Taking the spear from the nun on the right and giving it to the armor on the right.3) Pushing the armor on the right left a space.4) Taking half the flowers (AKA the Bouquet) from the left vase and putting them in the right.5) Decapitating the girl in the upper room with the chainsaw, then placing the Doll Head on the headless doll.6) Lastly, imitate the peeking girl doll by standing behind the middle pillar on the right and checking it.

Unlock the locked door from the Curved Passage with the Door Key. You'll come out on the other side of the Private Room. After the scene, you might want to examine the shelf on the left. Then, use the chainsaw to destroy the barrels. Move to the right of the shelf on the right, and push it to the side. Use the chainsaw on the crack in the wall, and go inside the Hidden Passage (3F).
Examine the bed to rest in it. Stay there until the bed jolts and moves, revealing a crack in the wall. Save your game again. Go through the crack to the second Hidden Passage, and through the Hidden Passage to the fifth Guest Room (pushing the pot out of the way.)

Aya runs from her father, but in the end, he catches her. She becomes a doll, and while she's not at all "there" anymore, her father does appear to take very good care of her.

On the way out, Aya finds her father's anatomy book. Years later, Aya is a doctor herself-- and has a very suspicious collection of creepy dolls, just outside her examination room...
I haven't tried them myself for not wanting to spoil the game, but it seems there are already a bunch of saved games on the mac download. Not sure if this is intentional or just a goof of wineskinning.
Her father is clearly a horrible, sick, terrible person. But despite all the proof she gets of innocent people meeting some of the most painful ends at his insane hands... she doesn't give up saving his sorry ass.Honestly, I kind of want the grant mothers wish ending. So I may just give myself that one.
Go into the the locked room and open it. Smash the barrels, and push the shelf left to find a crack in the wall. Chainsaw it to get back Mom's Perfume.A zombie will appear and you must run back out and back into the curved passage. Equip and apply the perfume to get past the rats.
Go back to the Incinerator Room, open the door, and throw the Creepy Doll into the fires of Mt. Drevis. Return to the door it was guarding on B3F.Ending There are three endings in the game, and a secret cutscene at the end of the true ending. Choosing not to save Aya's father will lead to one ending where Maria kills you. If you do choose to save him, you will be given the choice to help Maria. Whether or not you help Maria will determine which of the other two endings you are shown. The secret cutscene is only accessible when you collect all 21 gems and get the true ending. Try out all the endings--you may not have liked the ending you encountered, so just start over and see what happens!
